Shipping + Returns
1. An email confirmation will be sent for all online orders.
2. All orders are shipped with Australia Post
3. Whether received by phone, email, or online your order will be dispatched 2 working day after full payment has been received. We deliver Australia wide.
4. Delivery will take approximately 2-10 days depending on the delivery address given. Should there be any delay, we will contact you - please ensure that an appropriate telephone number is specified with your order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier for you at an extra cost.
5. Please take care to ensure accuracy when entering the delivery address for your order: especially where orders are addresses to a gift recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect parcels once they have left our fulfillment centre.
6. Where an order is returned to us as unclaimed, refused or insufficiently addressed, we will contact you by email for further instruction. Please note that additional delivery charges will apply to have these orders resent.
7. For overseas orders please call us on +61 408627568 to discuss freight costs.
We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us and we will provide you with an exchange within the following guidelines.
1. For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind there will be no refund
2. Full refunds or replacements given on damaged or faulty goods returned within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned before a replacement is dispatched.
3. How to Return an Item:
Please request a return /exchange by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your full name, reason for return, order number and which items you will like to exchange
Once your refund/exchange has been approved you will receive and email a form to be filled out and returned with your item.
Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your exchange/refund with 7 business days.
If the item does not reach us safely Trims and Things will not be be held responsible

4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of refunds and exchanges (excluding damaged or faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense.
5. All goods remain the property of Trims and Things until paid for in full.
6. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
7. All prices are given in Australian Dollars inc GST.
8. We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products. All warranties and representations are fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.
